Mounce is more of the scholar with a passion that he wishes to share with his students. One is only of the papal seal; the other, part of John 8's signature (not even all of it) and part of the final lines of the Greek text. I'm almost curious if this will somehow get extended into more books based on people's reactions, but as for the moments we've all been waiting for, it certainly takes place in this novel. You can be too--if you read this book.. The book is suprisingly easy to read, the figures are chosen well and really drive home fundamental points. Bernstein has written and spoken extensively on Rand's Objectivist philosophy. Reading Dean's many helpful hints on this subject I thought: "Finally----real-world DIY advice that really makes sense, for a change."
