I found this book well worth my time. Gave it to him for Christmas. Her work, although bit dated, is well worth the read for someone whose own ethics clash with the 12 step model of recovery. My spouse has been reading one of the three books since opening the wrapping.. The one concentrates of the romance between Sawyer and Annika. As some other stories in the book, could have used a couple more pages to flesh it out. Such a good book! A Finnish friend recommended this to me and some clasmates, and though I haven't gotten too far into it yet, I'm looking forward to reading more :). The Offenhauser 4-cylinder then passed into history.
More than a quarter of a century has now passed.
