All who are in real estate and wish to expand their business or better utilize the internet should definitely read this book.. Nice touch if you're trying to pad something and make it about the same size as Volume 1, eh?
Pages 315 to the end of the book contain an alphabetically organized glossary of questionable utility, carefully indexed not by page number but by the lesson and reading section number in volume 1. (And yes, you can be as dependent on AA as you ever were on alcohol.)
Even if you don't have problems with toxic people or drug / alcohol issues, the chapters devoted to creativity and productivity are worth twice the price of the book all by themselves.
