I thought this was a good book for anyone who is trying to learn more about lupus. The illustrations and discriptions of different techniques are easy for those inexperienced at yoga to follow. Emphasis on the "practical"---like any effective method of self defense, there are tried and true methods that WORK. There are powerful moments of reality and a variety of stressors most of us could not even begin to contemplate. But the combination of financial shenanigans at the hands of Wall Street financiers addicted to their profit growth, and the onslaught of cheap, commodity PCs finally did them in.

Lamont Wood does an excellent job of capturing the story. I would love to read more books from this helpful author. A very well written book. Right on, DeLong!. She's very insightful and experienced.. And, by the last chapter, it's about love of ex-wives too. But somehow Evaristo's chatty approach to her characters feels right.
