Bruce's book is the first I have ever seen which told the TRUTH about tube audio electronic design.
Far too much of this field is poisoned by quacks, egomaniacs and delusional schizophrenics. While allowed, it's only meant to be consumed in small quantities.
Perhaps if the author put in a little more time either explaining her compromises or finding even more alternatives, I'd rate the book higher. It was good how Ryan handled his mother and stood up for his relationship. And the book is not overly focused on his "sainthood" so is a good choice for both parents who want to explore the "historical myth" of Santa in an analytical way and parents who wish to explore the religious history behind "santa claus". Loverman" and read it for yourself to see what all that has and is going on with this main character.. the author discusses the rights & wrongs of dunphys many spats over yhe years with footballers , managers & officialdom. 12 step involvement and an abstinence expect
